  • Inventory Health Monitoring: Tracks "Current Inventory," "Safety Stock," and "Days of Supply" for individual SKUs (e.g., Smart TVs, Blenders), automatically flagging items at risk of stockout.
  • Performance Analytics: A data-rich visualization center that compares "Forecasted Units" vs. "Actual Units," calculating accuracy percentages (e.g., 98.66% accuracy for Fans) to refine the AI model.
  • Executive Dashboard: A unified landing page displaying high-level KPIs like "Forecast Accuracy (92.5%)" and "Critical Alerts" for immediate decision-making.
