Role: Building Engineering & AEC Design

I executed the complete structural design lifecycle for a residential housing project. Developed functional 2D floor plans ensuring proper room dimensioning.

Engineering Tools: AutoCAD, ETABS, Microsoft Word

  • Project Scale: 3,000 sq. ft. typical floor area per building.
  • Building Footprint: Approx. 54'-2" x 58'-0".
  • Staircase: Main reinforcement using #5 bars @ 5.5" c/c; distribution using #3 bars @ 7.75" c/c.
  • Slab: Utilized #3 bars with variable spacing (4.25" to 7.5" c/c) based on moment demand.
  • Analysis Type: 3D Static and Dynamic analysis for high-rise behavior.
