Building Footprint: Approx. 54'-2" x 58'-0".
Staircase: Main reinforcement using #5 bars @ 5.5" c/c; distribution using #3 bars @ 7.75" c/c.
Slab: Utilized #3 bars with variable spacing (4.25" to 7.5" c/c) based on moment demand.
Analysis Type: 3D Static and Dynamic analysis for high-rise behavior.
