  • Learned project management workflows and quality control standards.
  • Gained hands-on experience with industry tools and operational procedures.
  • Studied the practical application of engineering principles in large-scale government projects.
  • Cost Estimation: Performed detailed cost analysis for a "Boundary Wall" project using RSEPS, generating automated Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on the LGED Schedule of Rates (2019).
  • Site Inspection & QC: Conducted field visits to ongoing projects (e.g., Poshchim Budhpara Govt. Primary School). Performed Rebound Hammer tests to verify concrete strength (Avg result: 25.6 MPa) and identified safety violations like lack of PPE.
  • Audit Management: Studied internal/external audit cycles (FAPAD) and conflict resolution strategies regarding material quality and billing disputes.
