I lead the architectural and interior design for an 8th-floor residential unit "Nobho". Designed a highly adaptable floor plan satisfying a unique "Dual-Mode"
The "Link" Point: A central corridor connected by door "D1" acts as the switch. When closed, it isolates "Bedroom 1 + Living Area + Aux Kitchen" as a self-contained unit.
Large Unit Configuration: Retains 3 Bedrooms, Main Kitchen, Dining, and Family Living spaces.
Circulation: Optimized to ensure privacy for both units when separated, while maintaining flow when combined.
