House On One Level – Interior Design & Architectural Visualization

Role: Building Engineering & AEC Design

I completed a full-cycle visualization project for an international client. Built the architectural shell and interior volumes in Revit based on client files.

Engineering Tools: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Microsoft Word

• Site Area: Approximately 300 m² (3,200 sq ft) single-story residence.
• Accessibility: Designed with zero steps to ensure complete accessibility and effortless flow across the entire level.
• Public: Living & Guest areas located to the left for easy access.
• Service: Central corridor containing Garage, Kitchen, and Storage.
• Private: Secluded bedroom wing on the right side.
• Lighting Design: Utilized floor-to-ceiling glass walls and a central courtyard to maximize natural light and blur the boundary between interior and exterior.
